  • 1. Ostavite slaninu i kobasicu za doručak na sobnoj temperaturi 10 minuta dok pripremate tavu. To potiče ravnomjerno pečenje i sprječava da vanjština previše potamni prije nego što se sredina potpuno zagrije.


  • 2. Zagrijte tešku tavu ili ploču za pečenje na srednjoj vatri. Dodajte slaninu i pecite 6 do 8 minuta, okrećući prema potrebi, dok se masnoća ne otopi, a slanina ne poprimi duboko smeđu boju i hrskave rubove. Prebacite na topli tanjur.


  • 3. U istoj tavi pecite kobasicu za doručak na srednjoj vatri 8 do 10 minuta, redovito okrećući, dok izvana ravnomjerno ne porumeni i ne postane čvrsta na dodir. Sredina treba biti potpuno vruća, a površina dobro karamelizirana. Prebacite pokraj slanine.


  • 4. Zagrijte neprianjajuću tavu na srednje laganoj vatri i dodajte ulje za kuhanje. Razbijte jaja u tavu i pecite 3 do 4 minute, po potrebi ih lagano prelijevajući vrućim uljem, dok se bjelanjci potpuno ne stisnu, a žumanjci ostanu mekani, ali zadrže oblik. Začinite solju i crnim paprom.


  • 5. Zagrijte palačinke u tavi na laganoj vatri 1 do 2 minute, samo dok se potpuno ne zagriju i ostanu savitljive. Dodajte maslac i pustite da se otopi preko palačinki kako bi površina postala sjajna i blago obogaćena.


  • 6. Posložite palačinke na tanjur, uredno ih složite jednu na drugu i žlicom prelijte sirup za palačinke preko vrha tako da se samo malo slije niz stranice. Palačinke trebaju ostati vidljive i uredno složene, ne natopljene.
