  • Kruška, oguljena, očišćena od jezgre i narezana na jednake kriške: 150 g

  • Postupak


  • 1. Stavite vodu, smeđi šećer, maslac, cimet i kardamom u mali lončić. Stavite na srednje jaku vatru i miješajte 1 do 2 minute, tek dok se šećer ne otopi, a maslac ne emulgira u gladak, mirisan sirup.


  • 2. Dodajte kriške kruške i jabuke u što je moguće više jednom sloju. Zakuhajte tekućinu do laganog vrenja, zatim smanjite vatru na nisku. Kuhajte 10 do 12 minuta, okrećući voće jednom ili dvaput, dok kriške ne omekšaju po rubovima, ali i dalje zadržavaju oblik, a sirup lagano oblaže voće.


  • 3. Kratko pojačajte vatru na 1 do 2 minute, prelijevajući voće sirupom žlicom, dok tekućina ne postane sjajna i lagano zgusnuta. Voće treba biti podatno, aromatično i ravnomjerno glazirano, a ne raskuhano.


  • 4. Maknite s vatre i ostavite da odstoji 2 minute kako bi se sirup slegnuo i uredno prionuo uz voće.

    Posložite kriške kruške i jabuke uredno u plitku zdjelicu ili na tanjur. Topli sirup od cimeta i kardamoma žlicom prelijte preko i oko voća tako da se glazura lagano skuplja pri dnu, umjesto da prekrije voće. Poslužite toplo, tako da voće ostane vidljivo, a završni dojam bude uredan.
