Ukusna, pikantna priprema marinirane piletine s okusima češnjaka, soje i čilija. Najbolje ju je pripremiti nakon mariniranja i poslužiti vruću.

  • Sojin umak 50 g

  • Pahuljice crvenog čilija 5 g

  • 1. Češnjak sitno nasjeckajte.

  • 2. U zdjeli pomiješajte češnjak, čili ulje, sojin umak, pahuljice crvenog čilija, crni papar, sol i šećer.

  • 3. Dodajte piletinu i dobro promiješajte dok ne bude ravnomjerno obložena marinadom.

  • 4. Pokrijte i marinirajte u hladnjaku najmanje 30 minuta.

  • 5. Mariniranu piletinu pripremite na željeni način dok ne bude potpuno pečena i više ne bude ružičasta u sredini.

  • 6. Poslužite vruće.
