  • Postupak



  • 1. Stavite mljevenu govedinu u mali lončić ili tavu na srednje jakoj vatri. Pecite 6 do 8 minuta, usitnjavajući je lopaticom tijekom pečenja, dok meso potpuno ne posmeđi i više ne ostane ružičastih dijelova. Tekstura treba biti mrvičasta, sočna i lagano obložena otopljenom masnoćom, ne mokra.


  • 2. Zagrijte pšeničnu tortilju u suhoj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri 20 do 30 sekundi sa svake strane, samo dok ne postane savitljiva i lagano označena od pečenja. Treba ostati fleksibilna, s blagom aromom prepečenog.


  • 3. Položite tortilju ravno na radnu površinu. Ravnomjerno rasporedite cheddar i Monterey Jack po sredini, ostavljajući čist rub za preklapanje. Žlicom stavite vruću govedinu preko sira u uskoj liniji, a zatim završite sa salsom. Nadjev treba biti koncentriran i uredan, ne razmazan do rubova.
