Patate arrosto

Un semplice piatto di patate preparato ricoprendole con olio e sale, quindi arrostendole in forno o cuocendole in padella fino a renderle tenere e leggermente croccanti. Si tratta di una preparazione base di patate condite, piuttosto che di una ricetta classica più specifica.

Ingredienti
  • Patate 130 g

  • Olio vegetale 18 g

  • Sale 2 g


  • Istruzioni
  • 1. Preriscalda il forno a 220°C, oppure scalda una padella a fuoco medio-alto se cuoci in padella.

  • 2. Taglia le patate in pezzi uniformi, grandi quanto un boccone.

  • 3. Mescola le patate con l'olio vegetale e il sale finché non sono ricoperte in modo uniforme.

  • 4. Disponile su una teglia in un unico strato, oppure aggiungile alla padella calda.

  • 5. Cuoci finché le patate non sono tenere e dorate, girandole di tanto in tanto per una doratura uniforme.

  • 6. Servi caldo.
