Patate fritte salate

Un piatto semplice di patate fritte in olio vegetale e completate con sale. Ricorda molto le classiche patate fritte in padella o fritte con poco olio.

  • Patate 130 g

  • Olio vegetale 18 g

  • Sale 2 g


  • Istruzioni


  • 1. Sbuccia le patate, se desiderato, poi tagliale in fette uniformi, spicchi o piccoli pezzi.

  • 2. Scalda l'olio vegetale in una padella a fuoco medio.

  • 3. Aggiungi le patate e cuoci, girandole di tanto in tanto, finché saranno dorate e tenere.

  • 4. Cospargi con il sale e mescola per distribuirlo in modo uniforme.

  • 5. Servi caldo.
