Zucca gialla e cipolla saltate in padella

Un semplice contorno di verdure con tenera zucca gialla e cipolla dolce saltate in olio d'oliva e condite con sale e pepe nero. È leggero, saporito e si abbina bene a carni alla griglia, riso o pasta.

  • Zucca gialla, 280 g

  • Cipolla, 100 g

  • Olio d'oliva, 20 g

  • Sale, 10 g

  • Pepe nero, 10 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Affetta la zucca gialla e la cipolla in pezzi uniformi.

  • 2. Scalda l'olio d'oliva in una padella a fuoco medio.

  • 3. Aggiungi la cipolla e cuoci per 2 o 3 minuti finché non si ammorbidisce.

  • 4. Aggiungi la zucca gialla, il sale e il pepe nero.

  • 5. Cuoci, mescolando di tanto in tanto, per 6-8 minuti finché la zucca è tenera ma non sfatta.

  • 6. Assaggia e regola il condimento se necessario, quindi servi caldo.
