ガーリックバターチキンブレスト

ガーリックバターで仕上げる、シンプルな鶏むね肉のパンシアードです。ジューシーでうま味があり、塩と黒こしょうで軽く味付けしています。

Ingredients


  • 鶏むね肉: 300 g

  • バター: 25 g

  • 食用油: 10 g

  • にんにく: 15 g

  • 塩: 5 g

  • 黒こしょう: 5 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. 鶏むね肉の水気をふき取り、両面に塩と黒こしょうを振ります。

  • 2. フライパンに食用油を入れ、中強火で熱します。

  • 3. 鶏むね肉を加え、両面がこんがり色づき、中まで火が通るまで焼きます。

  • 4. 火を弱め、バターとにんにくを加え、溶けたバターを1〜2分鶏肉にかけながら仕上げます。

  • 5. フライパンから取り出し、少し休ませてから盛り付けます。
