タイムバターのリブアイステーキ

塩、黒こしょう、タイム、バター、油だけでシンプルに焼き上げる、定番のリブアイステーキです。牛肉本来の濃厚な旨みを引き立てる、わかりやすいパンシアードステーキ料理です。

材料


  • リブアイビーフステーキ 300 g

  • バター 15 g

  • 食用油 5 g

  • タイム 2 g

  • 塩 2 g

  • 黒こしょう 1 g


  • 合計重量: 325 g

    作り方


  • 1. リブアイの水気をよく拭き取り、両面に塩と黒こしょうをふります。

  • 2. フライパンに食用油を入れ、中強火でしっかり熱します。

  • 3. ステーキを片面2〜4分ずつ、厚みと好みの焼き加減に応じて焼きます。

  • 4. 焼き上がりの最後の1分で、バターとタイムをフライパンに加えます。

  • 5. 溶けたタイムバターをスプーンで何度もステーキにかけます。

  • 6. ステーキをフライパンから取り出し、5分休ませてから提供します。
