Gezouten gebakken aardappelen

Een eenvoudig gerecht van aardappelen, gebakken in plantaardige olie en afgewerkt met zout. Dit lijkt sterk op klassieke aardappelen uit de pan of ondiep gefrituurde aardappelen.

Ingrediënten


  • Aardappelen 130 g

  • Plantaardige olie 18 g

  • Zout 2 g


  • Instructies


  • 1. Schil de aardappelen indien gewenst en snijd ze vervolgens in gelijke plakjes, partjes of kleine stukken.

  • 2. Verhit de plantaardige olie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.

  • 3. Voeg de aardappelen toe en bak ze, af en toe kerend, tot ze goudbruin en gaar zijn.

  • 4. Bestrooi met zout en schep om zodat alles gelijkmatig bedekt is.

  • 5. Serveer heet.
