  • Melk, 55 ml

  • Smør, 15 g

  • Bacon, 12 g

  • Svart pepper, 2 g

    Fremgangsmåte


  • 1. Kok rigatonien i saltet vann til al dente, og sil den av.

  • 2. Smelt smøret på lav varme i en liten panne.

  • 3. Tilsett melken og varm forsiktig opp, og rør deretter inn cheddarosten til sausen er jevn og osten har smeltet.
