Ovnsstekte poteter og gulrøtter

En enkel ovnsstekt grønnsaksrett laget med poteter, gulrøtter og løk, krydret med salt og svart pepper. Den er mettende, smakfull og passer godt som tilbehør eller et lett måltid.

Ingredienser


  • Poteter: 300 g

  • Gulrøtter: 120 g

  • Løk: 80 g

  • Vegetabilsk olje: 15 g

  • Salt: 3 g

  • Svart pepper: 2 g


  • Totalt: 520 g

    Fremgangsmåte


  • 1. Forvarm ovnen til 200°C.

  • 2. Skrell og skjær potetene og gulrøttene i jevnstore, munnfullstore biter. Skjær løken i skiver.

  • 3. Ha alle grønnsakene i en bolle, tilsett vegetabilsk olje, salt og svart pepper, og vend godt så alt blir jevnt dekket.

  • 4. Fordel grønnsakene i ett lag på et stekebrett.

  • 5. Stek i 30 til 40 minutter, og vend dem én gang halvveis, til de er møre og lett brunet.

  • 6. Server varme.
