  • Brødsmuler, 15 g

  • Egg, 20 g

    Fremgangsmåte
  • 1. Skrell potetene og skjær dem i pommes frites-form.

  • 2. Bland kjøttdeigen, brødsmulene, egget, saltet og svart pepper i en bolle til det så vidt er blandet.

  • 3. Form kjøttblandingen til små kjøttboller.

  • 4. Varm opp den vegetabilske oljen i en panne. Stek potetene til de er gylne og sprø, og la dem deretter renne av.

  • 5. I samme eller en separat panne steker du kjøttbollene på middels varme til de er brunet og gjennomstekte.

  • 6. Server pommes frites med de stekte kjøttbollene varme.
