Rigatoni med kjøttboller og tomatsaus

En klassisk pastarett med rigatoni vendt i en enkel tomatsaus og servert med kjøttboller. Den er mettende, smakfull og blir best med litt svart pepper til slutt.

Ingredienser


  • 180 g rigatoni

  • 140 g kjøttboller

  • 90 g tomatsaus

  • 8 g vegetabilsk olje

  • 4 g løk, finhakket

  • 3 g hvitløk, finhakket

  • 3 g salt

  • 2 g svart pepper


  • Totalvekt: 430 g

    Fremgangsmåte


  • 1. Kok opp en kjele med saltet vann og kok rigatonien til al dente. Hell av vannet godt.

  • 2. Varm den vegetabilske oljen i en panne på middels varme. Tilsett løken og stek til den er myk.

  • 3. Tilsett hvitløken og stek kort til den dufter.

  • 4. Rør inn tomatsausen og la den småkoke i noen minutter. Smak til med salt og svart pepper.

  • 5. Tilsett kjøttbollene i sausen og varm dem gjennom til de er helt gjennomvarme.

  • 6. Vend den kokte rigatonien med sausen og kjøttbollene, og server straks.
