Ingredientes


  • Grão-de-bico 60 g

  • Tahini 15 g

  • Azeite 8 g

  • Sumo de limão 5 g

  • Alho 2 g

  • Água 10 g


  • Instruções


  • 1. Adicione o grão-de-bico, o tahini, o sumo de limão, o alho e a água a um liquidificador ou processador de alimentos.

  • 2. Triture até ficar quase homogéneo.

  • 3. Regue com o azeite e triture novamente até ficar cremoso.

  • 4. Prove e ajuste a textura com um pouco mais de água, se necessário.

  • 5. Sirva frio ou à temperatura ambiente.
