Piftie de vițel

Un preparat clasic rece din vițel, închegat într-un bulion sărat bogat în gelatină, asemănător cu o piftie de carne sau o gelatină de vițel. De obicei se servește rece, ca aperitiv sau antreu feliat.

  • Vițel 110 g

  • Bulion de fierbere bogat în gelatină 35 g

  • Ceapă și condimente 5 g

  • 1. Gătiți vițelul până devine fraged, dacă nu este deja gătit.

  • 2. Încălziți bulionul cu ceapa și condimentele pentru a-i infuza aroma.

  • 3. Combinați vițelul cu amestecul de bulion într-o formă mică sau într-un vas.

  • 4. Răciți până când bulionul se încheagă într-o gelatină fermă.

  • 5. Scoateți din formă sau serviți direct rece.
