Jednoduchá zemiaková panvica so zeleninou

Rustikálna zemiaková panvica so zeleninou pripravená na panvici zo zemiakov, mrkvy a cibule, jednoducho ochutená soľou a čiernym korením. Je to jednoduchá slaná príloha alebo ľahké jedlo.

  • Zemiaky 180 g

  • Mrkva 70 g

  • Cibuľa 50 g

  • Rastlinný olej 15 g

  • Soľ 3 g

  • Čierne korenie 2 g


  • Spolu: 320 g

    Postup


  • 1. Zemiaky a mrkvu ošúpte a nakrájajte na malé, rovnomerné kúsky. Cibuľu nakrájajte na tenké plátky.

  • 2. Na panvici rozohrejte rastlinný olej na strednom ohni.

  • 3. Pridajte cibuľu a varte 2 až 3 minúty, kým nezmäkne.

  • 4. Pridajte zemiaky a mrkvu, potom dochuťte soľou a čiernym korením.

  • 5. Za občasného miešania varte 15 až 20 minút, kým zelenina nezmäkne a ľahko nezhnedne.

  • 6. Podávajte horúce.
