Pečené zemiaky

Jednoduchá zemiaková príloha ochutená soľou a čiernym korením, pripravená s rastlinným olejom do mäkka a chrumkava. Najviac sa podobá na základné pečené zemiaky alebo opekané zemiaky na panvici, v závislosti od spôsobu prípravy.

    Postup


  • 1. Predhrejte rúru na 220 °C alebo rozohrejte panvicu na stredne vysokom ohni.

  • 2. Nakrájajte zemiaky na rovnomerné kúsky.

  • 3. Premiešajte zemiaky s rastlinným olejom, soľou a čiernym korením.

  • 4. Pečte 25 až 35 minút, v polovici ich raz obráťte, alebo ich opekajte na panvici dozlatista a do mäkka.
