Južanská smažená žltá tekvica

  • 1. Žltú tekvicu a cibuľu nakrájajte na tenké, rovnomerné plátky.

  • 2. Na panvici rozohrejte rastlinný olej na strednom ohni.

  • 3. Pridajte cibuľu a varte 2 až 3 minúty, kým nezmäkne.

  • 4. Pridajte žltú tekvicu, soľ a čierne korenie.
