  • Postopek


  • 1. Majhen model za ploščice ali ozek pravokotni model obložite s papirjem za peko. V majhni posodi stehtajte in zmešajte mlečne beljakovine in kolagenski hidrolizat, da se enakomerno povežeta in ni vidnih lis.


  • 2. Glicerol in olje palmovih jedrc skupaj segrevajte le toliko, da se maščoba zmehča, približno 30 sekund na zelo nizkem ognju oziroma dokler zmes ni tekoča, vendar ne vroča.   • 4. Polovico beljakovinske osnove vtisnite v pripravljen model v enakomerno plast. Po njej razporedite karamelno-hrustljavo zmes v ozkem pasu, nato pa pokrijte s preostalo beljakovinsko osnovo.
