  • 1. Pripravite arome.

  • Ingver narežite na fine julienne trakove. Česen narežite na tanke rezine. Ločite bele dele mlade čebule od zelenih in oboje drobno narežite. Arome naj ostanejo ločene, da sproščajo okus čisto in enakomerno.

  • 2. Začinite ribo.

  • Rdečega hlastača popivnajte do suhega in ga položite na toplotno odporen krožnik. Po ribi in okoli nje potresite ingver, česen in beli del mlade čebule. Zmešajte sojino omako in sladkor, nato mešanico enakomerno prelijte po ribi in krožniku. Površina naj bo rahlo glazirana, ne zalita.

  • 3. Nežno kuhajte v pari.

  • Parnik segrejte do enakomernega vrenja. Vstavite krožnik, pokrijte in kuhajte v pari 7 do 8 minut, odvisno od debeline. Riba je pripravljena, ko meso postane neprosojno, se na najdebelejšem delu loči v čiste lističe ter ostane sočno in ravno prav čvrsto.

  • 4. Dokončajte z oljem.
