V ponvi zapečeni piščančji filejčki

Preprosta klasična priprava piščančjih filejčkov, začinjenih s soljo in črnim poprom, nato pečenih na olju in dokončanih z maslom za bogato omako iz ponve. Najbolje jih je postreči vroče kot glavno beljakovinsko jed.

  • 1. Piščančje filejčke osušite s papirnato brisačo in jih enakomerno začinite s soljo in črnim poprom.

  • 2. V ponvi na srednje močnem ognju segrejte jedilno olje.

  • 3. Dodajte piščančje filejčke in jih pecite 3 do 4 minute na vsaki strani, dokler niso zlato zapečeni in povsem pečeni.

  • 4. Zmanjšajte ogenj na nizko temperaturo, dodajte maslo in ga 30 do 60 sekund z žlico prelivajte čez piščanca.

  • 5. Vzemite iz ponve in postrezite vroče.
