  • 1. Hash brown segrevajte v majhni ponvi na srednji temperaturi z 2 g masla ali olja 3 do 4 minute na vsaki strani, dokler zunanjost ni temno zlato zapečena in hrustljava, sredica pa vroča. Prenesite na topel krožnik in rahlo začinite z malo soli.


  • 2. Mini palačinke pogrejte v isti ponvi na nizki temperaturi 1 do 2 minuti, enkrat jih obrnite, le toliko, da postanejo prožne in se segrejejo do sredine. Ostati morajo blede in mehke, ne zapečene.


  • 3. Umešana jajca nežno pogrejte v ponvi s preostalim maslom ali oljem na nizki temperaturi 1 do 2 minuti in jih mešajte le toliko, da se zrahljajo. Biti morajo mehka, sijoča in ravno prav strjena, brez izsušenih robov. Začinite jih s preostalo soljo in črnim poprom.


  • 4. Dimljenega lososa razporedite po krožniku v rahlih pregibih, da deluje lahkotno in ne plosko. Poleg položite topla umešana jajca, nato pa na eno stran skupaj namestite hash brown in mini palačinke, da ustvarite višino in kontrast.


  • 5. Dodajte rezine banane, rezine kumare, zeleno grozdje in kocke belega sira v ločenih, urejenih skupinah. Sveže sestavine naj ostanejo hladne in jasno ločene od toplih delov.


  • 6. Mini krof z rožnato glazuro in posipom položite na krožnik kot sladek zaključek. Zelo rahlo ga posujte s sladkorjem v prahu, le toliko, da omehčate površino, ne da bi prekrili glazuro.
