  • Postupak


  • 1. Zagrejte rernu na 220°C. Stavite krišku krompira na mali pleh i ravnomerno je premažite sa 5 g biljnog ulja. Pecite 15 minuta, okrećući jednom na polovini pečenja, dok površina ne dobije tamnozlatnu boju, a unutrašnjost ne omekša kada se probode.


  • 2. Dok se krompir peče, stavite slaninu u težak tiganj na srednju temperaturu. Pecite 4 do 5 minuta, okrećući po potrebi, dok se masnoća ne istopi, a slanina ravnomerno ne porumeni sa hrskavim ivicama. Prebacite na tanjir obložen papirom i držite na toplom.


  • 3. Dodajte preostalih 5 g biljnog ulja u tiganj ako je potrebno, zatim ispržite jaje na srednjoj temperaturi 2 do 3 minuta. Belance mora biti potpuno stegnuto, ivice blago hrskave, a žumance ostavljeno meko, ali ne toliko tečno da pukne pri prebacivanju.


  • 4. Dimljeni losos zagrejte samo dodirom sa preostalom toplotom tanjira; nemojte ga kuvati. Treba da ostane savitljiv, sjajan i hladan na dodir.


  • 5. Po potrebi uredno presecite krofnu sa džemom napola radi prezentacije, vodeći računa da fil ostane netaknut. Treba da ostane mekana, sa vidljivim džemom u sredini i nespoljašnjeno sabijenom spoljašnošću.
