  • Postupak



  • 1. Pripremite osnovu za pločicu. Stavite bademe, zob i kikiriki u malu činiju i ravnomerno ih pomešajte. Njihove teksture treba da ostanu različite, ali raspored mora biti ujednačen.


  • 2. Otopite i povežite. Lagano zagrejte suncokretovo ulje u maloj šerpi na tihoj vatri, zatim dodajte čokoladni preliv. Mešajte neprekidno 1 do 2 minuta dok se tek ne otopi i ne postane sjajan, bez vidljivih čvrstih komadića.


  • 3. Oblikujte pločicu. Dodajte mešavinu orašastih plodova i zobi u otopljenu čokoladu i preklapajte dok sve ne bude ravnomerno obloženo. Čvrsto utisnite smesu u mali silikonski kalup za pločicu ili kalup za hleb obložen papirom. Dobro je sabijte kako bi se pločica uredno sekla i zadržala oblik.


  • 4. Stegnite pločicu. Prebacite u frižider na 10 minuta, ili dok ne postane čvrsta na dodir i površina se ne stegne sa čistim čokoladnim sjajem.


  • 5. Napravite osnovu napitka. U posudi otpornoj na toplotu pomešajte mešavinu whey proteina, izolat mlečnih proteina, rastvorljiva kukuruzna vlakna, glicerin, prirodne arome, limunsku kiselinu, kofein, so i vitaminsku mešavinu. Mutite dok se praškasti sastojci potpuno ne rasporede i smesa ne postane ujednačena.


  • 6. Dodajte gaziranu vodu. Sipajte gaziranu vodu u tankom mlazu uz nežno mućenje. Tečnost treba da ostane živahna, ali da se ne zapeni previše; gotov napitak mora biti gladak, blago penušav i bez vidljivih grudvica.


  • 7. Flaširajte i rashladite. Odmah prespite napitak u flašu ili zatvorenu posudu za serviranje. Rashladite 5 minuta pre serviranja kako bi se karbonizacija smirila u fine, oštre mehuriće i ukus ostao čist.
