  • Postupak


  • 1. Osušite pileća prsa tapkanjem. Začinite ih blago samo ako je osnovni sastojak već začinjen; u suprotnom ih ostavite bez začina. Zagrejte teški tiganj na srednje jakoj vatri i pecite pileća prsa 5 do 6 minuta sa prve strane, zatim 4 do 5 minuta sa druge, dok površina ne postane duboko zlatna, a sredina ne dostigne 74°C. Prebacite na dasku i ostavite da odmore 5 minuta; meso treba da ostane sočno i čvrsto, ne suvo.

  • 2. Dok piletina odmara, stavite grčki jogurt u malu posudu i umutite dok ne postane gladak i dovoljno redak da lagano obloži salatu.

  • 3. Očistite i isecite rimsku salatu na komade veličine zalogaja. Isecite avokado na uredne kriške. Izmrvite fetu dovoljno sitno da se ravnomerno rasporedi, a da ne dominira činijom.

  • 4. Odmorenu piletinu isecite popreko na vlakna na ujednačene komade. Presek treba da bude vlažan, bez prozirne sredine.

  • 5. Sastavite salatu u posudi za serviranje: stavite rimsku salatu kao osnovu, rasporedite avokado pored nje, dodajte isečenu piletinu, pa odozgo pospite fetu, krutone i semenke bundeve. Kašikom nanesite preliv od jogurta preko salate u tankoj, kontrolisanoj liniji ili u malim lokvicama, umesto da sve potpuno prekrijete.
