Makaroner med varmkorv

En enkel pastarätt på spisen med skivad varmkorv, lätt kryddad med salt, svartpeppar och paprikapulver. Det är en snabb och mättande måltid som påminner om en enkel korvpasta.

Ingredienser


  • Makaroner, 160 g

  • Varmkorv, 100 g

  • Vegetabilisk olja, 10 g

  • Salt, 3 g

  • Svartpeppar, 1 g

  • Paprikapulver, 2 g

    Instruktioner


  • 1. Koka upp en kastrull med saltat vatten och koka makaronerna tills de är mjuka.

  • 2. Häll av pastan ordentligt.

  • 3. Skär varmkorven i bitar i munsstorlek.

  • 4. Hetta upp den vegetabiliska oljan i en stekpanna på medelvärme.

  • 5. Tillsätt korven och stek tills den fått lite färg.

  • 6. Tillsätt de kokta makaronerna, salt, svartpeppar och paprikapulver.

  • 7. Blanda ihop allt tills det är jämnt täckt och genomvarmt.

  • 8. Servera varmt.
