Pennepasta med köttbullar och tomatsås

En klassisk pastarätt med penne som blandas med smakrika köttbullar och en enkel tomatsås. Den är mättande, tröstande och serveras bäst varm.

  • Pennepasta 180 g

  • Köttbullar 150 g

  • Tomatsås 70 g

  • Vegetabilisk olja 10 g

  • Salt 5 g

  • Svartpeppar 5 g


  • Instruktioner
  • 1. Koka upp en kastrull med saltat vatten och koka pennepastan al dente. Låt rinna av ordentligt.

  • 2. Värm den vegetabiliska oljan i en stekpanna på medelvärme.

  • 3. Tillsätt köttbullarna och tillaga tills de är genomvarma och lätt brynta.

  • 4. Häll i tomatsåsen och krydda sedan med salt och svartpeppar.

  • 5. Tillsätt den kokta pennepastan i pannan och blanda tills den är jämnt täckt av såsen.

  • 6. Servera genast medan den är varm.
