  • Pork shoulder o belly: 170 g

  • Korean BBQ marinade: 40 g

  • Sesame oil: 5 g

  • Sesame seeds: 2 g

  • Green onion: 3 g


  • Kabuuan: 220 g

    Instructions


  • 1. I-marinate ang pork sa Korean BBQ marinade nang hindi bababa sa 15 minuto, o mas matagal para sa mas malalim na lasa.

  • 2. Painitin ang isang skillet o grill pan sa katamtamang mataas na init.

  • 3. Lutuin ang pork hanggang mag-brown at malutong nang husto sa loob, hinahalo o binabaligtad kung kinakailangan.

  • 4. Idagdag ang sesame oil sa huli at haluin upang mabalot.

  • 5. Tapusin sa sesame seeds at hiniwang green onion bago ihain.
