  • 1. Đổ sữa vào nồi đáy dày.

  • 2. Đun trên lửa vừa nhỏ, thỉnh thoảng khuấy để tránh khê.

  • 3. Đun liu riu cho đến khi sữa hơi sánh lại và cô xuống đến độ đặc mong muốn.

  • 4. Nhấc khỏi bếp và dùng khi còn ấm.
