  • 3. 将玉米饼放在预热的餐盘上。把肉馅均匀分到各张玉米饼中央,保持居中放置,以便塔可定型。

  • 4. 依次放上生菜、番茄,再撒上奶酪。最后淋上萨尔萨酱,均匀分布,使其起到调味作用而不会把玉米饼浸湿。

  • 5. 对折后立即上桌。完成的塔可应当温热、平衡且结构整齐,玉米饼仍然柔软,馅料层次分明。
