  • Sprietuie, 12 g, fyn gesny, wit en groen dele apart gehou

  • Sojasous, 15 g

  • Suiker, 3 g

  • Plantaardige olie, 12 g


  • Metode



  • 1. Berei die aromate voor.

  • Sny die gemmer in fyn julienne. Sny die knoffel dun. Skei die wit dele van die sprietuie van die groen dele en sny albei fyn. Hou die aromate apart sodat hulle skoon en eweredig hul geur vrystel.

  • 2. Geur die vis.

  • Dep die rooi snapper droog en plaas dit op 'n hittebestande bord. Strooi die gemmer, knoffel en die wit deel van die sprietuie oor en rondom die vis. Meng die sojasous en suiker, en skep dit dan eweredig oor die vis en bord. Die oppervlak moet liggies geglasuur wees, nie oorstroom nie.

  • 3. Stoom sagkens.

  • Bring die stoompot tot 'n bestendige kookpunt. Sit die bord in plek, bedek, en stoom vir 7 tot 8 minute, afhangend van die dikte. Die vis is gereed wanneer die vleis ondeursigtig word, by die dikste punt in skoon vlokkies loskom, en klam en net ferm bly.
