Hoenderbors met Knoffelbotter

’n Eenvoudige pan-geskroeide hoenderborsgereg afgewerk met knoffelbotter. Dit is sappig, hartig en liggies gegeur met sout en swartpeper.

Bestanddele


  • Hoenderbors: 300 g

  • Botter: 25 g

  • Kookolie: 10 g

  • Knoffel: 15 g

  • Sout: 5 g

  • Swartpeper: 5 g


  • Instruksies


  • 1. Dep die hoenderbors droog en geur albei kante met sout en swartpeper.

  • 2. Verhit die kookolie in ’n pan oor medium-hoë hitte.

  • 3. Voeg die hoenderbors by en kook totdat dit aan albei kante goudbruin is en heeltemal gaar is.

  • 4. Verlaag die hitte, voeg die botter en knoffel by, en skep die gesmelte botter vir 1 tot 2 minute oor die hoender.

  • 5. Haal uit die pan en laat dit kortliks rus voor opdiening.
