  • Instructions
  • 1. Eixuga els trossos de filet de pit de pollastre amb paper de cuina.

  • 2. Retira l'excés de greix o de teixit connectiu si cal.

  • 3. Talla'ls a trossos si encara no estan porcionats.

  • 4. Cuina'ls completament amb el mètode que prefereixis fins que el pollastre deixi d'estar rosat i la temperatura interna arribi als 75 °C.

  • 5. Deixa'ls reposar breument abans de servir-los o d'utilitzar-los en una altra recepta.
