Krémový těstovinový pokrm ve stylu zapečených těstovin připravený z rigatoni obalených v jednoduché omáčce z čedaru a dokončený slaninou. Připomíná klasické macaroni and cheese, upravené s použitím rigatoni místo kolínek.

  • Těstoviny rigatoni, 90 g

  • Sýr čedar, 55 g

  • Mléko, 55 ml

  • Máslo, 15 g

  • Slanina, 12 g

  • Černý pepř, 2 g

  • Sůl, 1 g

    Postup


  • 1. Uvařte rigatoni v osolené vodě na skus, poté sceďte.

  • 2. V malém rendlíku rozpusťte máslo na mírném ohni.

  • 3. Přidejte mléko a jemně zahřejte, poté vmíchejte čedar, dokud se nerozpustí a omáčka nebude hladká.

  • 4. Přidejte uvařené rigatoni a slaninu, poté promíchejte, aby se vše rovnoměrně obalilo.

  • 5. Osolte a opepřete podle chuti.

  • 6. Podávejte ihned, dokud je omáčka krémová.
