En klassisk græsk dip med yoghurt og agurk, friskgjort med dild, hvidløg og olivenolie. Den serveres typisk afkølet som mezze, sauce eller tilbehør til grillet kød og grøntsager.

  • 1. Riv eller hak agurken fint, og pres derefter overskydende væde ud.

  • 2. Hak hvidløget fint, og hak dild og sorte oliven.
