Bol de cerdo Korean BBQ

Un sencillo plato de cerdo Korean BBQ con paleta o panceta de cerdo tierna, cubierta con un adobo agridulce, y terminado con aceite de sésamo, semillas de sésamo y cebolla verde. Se parece mucho a una preparación coreana de cerdo estilo bulgogi.

Ingredientes


  • Paleta o panceta de cerdo: 170 g

  • Adobo Korean BBQ: 40 g

  • Aceite de sésamo: 5 g

  • Semillas de sésamo: 2 g

  • Cebolla verde: 3 g


  • Total: 220 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Marina el cerdo con el adobo Korean BBQ durante al menos 15 minutos, o más tiempo para un sabor más intenso.

  • 2. Calienta una sartén o parrilla de hierro a fuego medio-alto.

  • 3. Cocina el cerdo hasta que esté dorado y bien cocido, removiendo o dándole la vuelta según sea necesario.

  • 4. Añade el aceite de sésamo al final y mezcla para cubrir bien.

  • 5. Termina con semillas de sésamo y cebolla verde en rodajas antes de servir.
