Ensalada mixta de fruta fresca

Una sencilla ensalada de fruta fresca hecha con naranja, manzana, kiwi y ciruela. Se sirve mejor fría y se come como tentempié ligero o postre.

Ingredientes


  • Naranja, pelada y en gajos: 200 g

  • Manzana, cortada en dados: 220 g

  • Kiwi, pelado y en rodajas: 140 g

  • Ciruela, sin hueso y en rodajas: 200 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Lava bien toda la fruta.

  • 2. Pela la naranja y el kiwi.

  • 3. Quita el corazón de la manzana y retira los huesos de las ciruelas.

  • 4. Corta toda la fruta en trozos del tamaño de un bocado.

  • 5. Mézclala en un bol y remueve suavemente.

  • 6. Sirve de inmediato o enfría brevemente antes de servir.
