Patatas asadas

Un plato sencillo de patatas que se prepara cubriéndolas con aceite y sal, y luego asándolas o cocinándolas en sartén hasta que queden tiernas y ligeramente crujientes. Se trata de una preparación básica de patatas sazonadas, más que de una receta clásica más específica.

Ingredientes
  • Patatas 130 g

  • Aceite vegetal 18 g

  • Sal 2 g


  • Instrucciones
  • 1. Precalienta el horno a 220 °C, o calienta una sartén a fuego medio-alto si vas a cocinarlas en sartén.

  • 2. Corta las patatas en trozos uniformes del tamaño de un bocado.

  • 3. Mezcla las patatas con el aceite vegetal y la sal hasta que queden bien cubiertas.

  • 4. Extiéndelas en una bandeja de horno en una sola capa, o añádelas a la sartén caliente.

  • 5. Cocina hasta que las patatas estén tiernas y doradas, dándoles la vuelta de vez en cuando para que se doren de manera uniforme.

  • 6. Sirve caliente.
