Patatas fritas con sal

Un plato sencillo de patatas fritas en aceite vegetal y terminadas con sal. Se parece mucho a las clásicas patatas fritas en sartén o con poca cantidad de aceite.

Ingredientes


  • Patatas 130 g

  • Aceite vegetal 18 g

  • Sal 2 g


  • Instrucciones


  • 1. Pela las patatas si lo deseas y luego córtalas en rodajas uniformes, gajos o trozos pequeños.

  • 2. Calienta el aceite vegetal en una sartén a fuego medio.

  • 3. Añade las patatas y cocínalas, dándoles la vuelta de vez en cuando, hasta que estén doradas y tiernas.

  • 4. Espolvorea con sal y remueve para cubrirlas de manera uniforme.

  • 5. Sirve caliente.
