  • Instrucciones


  • 1. Pela las patatas si lo deseas y luego córtalas en bastones uniformes.

  • 2. Enjuaga las patatas y sécalas muy bien con papel de cocina.

  • 3. Calienta el aceite vegetal en una freidora o en una sartén honda hasta que esté caliente.

  • 4. Fríe las patatas hasta que estén doradas y crujientes.

  • 5. Escúrrelas bien y sazónalas inmediatamente con la sal.

  • 6. Sirve caliente.
