Aiguillettes de poulet poêlées

Une préparation classique et simple d’aiguillettes de poulet assaisonnées de sel et de poivre noir, puis cuites dans l’huile et finies au beurre pour obtenir une sauce de poêle riche. À servir de préférence bien chaud comme protéine principale.

Ingrédients


  • Aiguillettes de poulet 300 g

  • Huile de cuisson 10 g

  • Beurre 20 g

  • Sel 5 g

  • Poivre noir 5 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. Séchez les aiguillettes de poulet avec du papier absorbant et assaisonnez-les uniformément avec le sel et le poivre noir.

  • 2. Faites chauffer l’huile de cuisson dans une poêle à feu moyen-vif.

  • 3. Ajoutez les aiguillettes de poulet et faites-les cuire 3 à 4 minutes de chaque côté, jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées et bien cuites à cœur.

  • 4. Baissez à feu doux, ajoutez le beurre et arrosez le poulet avec pendant 30 à 60 secondes.

  • 5. Retirez de la poêle et servez chaud.
