Bol de riz à sushi au poisson cru et nori

Un bol de riz façon sushi simple, composé de riz à sushi assaisonné, de poisson cru et de nori, servi avec du wasabi et de la sauce soja. Il ressemble beaucoup à un sushi déstructuré ou à un bol de style chirashi, mais avec un ensemble d’ingrédients très minimaliste.

Ingrédients


  • Riz à sushi : 120 g

  • Poisson cru : 45 g

  • Nori : 3 g

  • Assaisonnement au vinaigre : 5 g

  • Wasabi : 2 g

  • Sauce soja : 5 g


  • Total : 180 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Faites cuire le riz à sushi, puis mélangez-le avec l’assaisonnement au vinaigre tant qu’il est encore chaud.

  • 2. Laissez le riz refroidir légèrement jusqu’à température ambiante.

  • 3. Déposez le riz assaisonné dans un bol.

  • 4. Coupez le poisson cru en tranches ou disposez-le sur le dessus.

  • 5. Coupez ou émiettez le nori et répartissez-le sur le bol.

  • 6. Servez avec le wasabi et la sauce soja à côté, ou versez-en légèrement sur le dessus.
