Macaronis à la saucisse de hot-dog

Un plat de pâtes simple à la casserole avec de la saucisse de hot-dog coupée en rondelles, légèrement assaisonné de sel, de poivre noir et de paprika. C’est un repas rapide et consistant qui ressemble à des pâtes basiques à la saucisse.

Ingrédients


  • Pâtes macaroni, 160 g

  • Saucisse de hot-dog, 100 g

  • Huile végétale, 10 g

  • Sel, 3 g

  • Poivre noir, 1 g

  • Paprika, 2 g


  • Total : 276 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Portez une casserole d’eau salée à ébullition et faites cuire les macaronis jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tendres.

  • 2. Égouttez bien les pâtes.

  • 3. Coupez la saucisse de hot-dog en morceaux de la taille d’une bouchée.

  • 4. Faites chauffer l’huile végétale dans une poêle à feu moyen.

  • 5. Ajoutez la saucisse et faites-la cuire jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit légèrement dorée.

  • 6. Ajoutez les macaronis cuits, le sel, le poivre noir et le paprika.

  • 7. Mélangez le tout jusqu’à ce que l’ensemble soit bien enrobé et bien chaud.
