Penne aux boulettes de viande et sauce tomate

Un plat de pâtes classique composé de penne mélangées à de savoureuses boulettes de viande et à une simple sauce tomate. Il est copieux, réconfortant et se déguste de préférence bien chaud.

Ingrédients
  • Pâtes penne 180 g

  • Boulettes de viande 150 g

  • Sauce tomate 70 g

  • Huile végétale 10 g

  • Sel 5 g

  • Poivre noir 5 g


  • Instructions
  • 1. Portez à ébullition une casserole d’eau salée et faites cuire les penne jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient al dente. Égouttez bien.

  • 2. Faites chauffer l’huile végétale dans une poêle à feu moyen.

  • 3. Ajoutez les boulettes de viande et faites-les cuire jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient bien chaudes et légèrement dorées.

  • 4. Versez la sauce tomate, puis assaisonnez avec le sel et le poivre noir.

  • 5. Ajoutez les penne cuites dans la poêle et mélangez jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient uniformément enrobées de sauce.

  • 6. Servez immédiatement, bien chaud.
