Pommes de terre rôties au paprika au four

Un accompagnement simple de pommes de terre assaisonnées, rôties jusqu’à être croustillantes à l’extérieur et tendres à l’intérieur. Le paprika apporte une saveur chaude et fumée, tandis que le sel et le poivre noir lui donnent un caractère classique.

Ingrédients


  • Pommes de terre, 150 g

  • Huile végétale, 15 g

  • Sel, 3 g

  • Poivre noir, 1 g

  • Paprika, 1 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Préchauffez le four à 220°C.

  • 2. Lavez et coupez les pommes de terre en morceaux réguliers de la taille d’une bouchée.

  • 3. Mélangez les pommes de terre avec l’huile végétale, le sel, le poivre noir et le paprika jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient uniformément enrobées.

  • 4. Étalez-les en une seule couche sur une plaque de cuisson.

  • 5. Faites rôtir pendant 25 à 35 minutes, en les retournant une fois à mi-cuisson, jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées et croustillantes.

  • 6. Servez chaud.
