Obrok na tanjuru s pohanim pilećim prsima, bijelom rižom, brokulom i pečenim krumpirom, poslužen s grčkim jogurtom kao jednostavnim kremastim dodatkom.

Sastojci


  • 1 pohano pileće prsa

  • 200 g kuhane bijele riže

  • 100 g brokule

  • 120 g pečenog krumpira

  • 50 g grčkog jogurta

  • 10 ml biljnog ulja

  • 2 g soli

  • 1 g crnog papra

  • 1 g češnjaka u prahu


  • Priprema


  • 1. Zagrijte biljno ulje u tavi ili posudi prikladnoj za pećnicu.

  • 2. Ispecite ili podgrijte pohana pileća prsa dok ne budu vruća i hrskava.

  • 3. Začinite brokulu solju, crnim paprom i češnjakom u prahu, zatim je kuhajte na pari ili pirjajte dok ne omekša.

  • 4. Podgrijte pečeni krumpir dok se potpuno ne zagrije i lagano ne postane hrskav.

  • 5. Zagrijte bijelu rižu.
