  • Cara membuat


  • 1. Hangatkan tortilla jagung dalam wajan kering di atas api sedang selama 20 hingga 30 detik per sisi, hanya sampai lentur dan sedikit harum. Jaga tetap hangat dan lentur; jangan sampai kering atau renyah.

  • 2. Panaskan kembali daging sapi berbumbu dalam wajan yang sama di atas api sedang selama 2 hingga 3 menit, aduk sekali atau dua kali, sampai panas merata dan sedikit mengilap. Daging harus tetap lembap, menyatu, dan panas secara merata.

  • 3. Letakkan tortilla di atas piring bersih lalu bagi daging sapi secara merata di atasnya. Jaga isian tetap di tengah agar taco mempertahankan bentuknya.

  • 4. Sebarkan selada di atas daging sapi, lalu tambahkan tomat dalam lapisan yang merata. Sayuran harus tetap segar dan terpisah jelas, tidak tertekan.

  • 5. Akhiri dengan keju, lalu sendokkan salsa di atasnya dalam garis terkontrol atau beberapa sendokan kecil agar taco tetap seimbang dan mudah dimakan.
