  • Cara membuat


  • 1. Masukkan air, gula merah, mentega, kayu manis, dan kapulaga ke dalam panci kecil di atas api sedang. Aduk hanya sampai gula larut dan mentega meleleh sepenuhnya, 2 hingga 3 menit. Cairannya harus halus, harum, dan sedikit mengilap.

  • 2. Tambahkan irisan pir dan apel dalam satu lapisan jika memungkinkan. Didihkan perlahan, lalu kecilkan api ke rendah. Tutup sebagian dan rebus perlahan selama 8 hingga 10 menit, balik buah sekali di pertengahan waktu memasak.

  • 3. Lanjutkan memasak sampai buah empuk di bagian tepi tetapi masih mempertahankan bentuknya, dan sirup menjadi sedikit lebih kental serta melapisi bagian belakang sendok. Buah harus mudah ditembus pisau tanpa hancur.

  • 4. Angkat dari api dan diamkan selama 2 menit agar rasanya menyatu dan sirup menempel merata pada buah.
