  • Cara membuat


  • 1. Masukkan air, gula merah, mentega, kayu manis, dan kapulaga ke dalam panci. Letakkan di atas api sedang dan aduk selama 1 menit, hanya sampai gula larut dan mentega teremulsi menjadi sirup yang sedikit mengilap.

  • 2. Tambahkan irisan pir dan apel dalam satu lapisan sebisa mungkin. Didihkan perlahan, lalu tutup dan masak selama 8 menit di atas api kecil.

  • 3. Buka tutup dan lanjutkan memasak selama 3 hingga 4 menit, balik buah sekali, sampai pir empuk di bagian tepi tetapi masih mempertahankan bentuknya dan apel lunak tanpa hancur. Sirup harus melapisi buah secara tipis dan tampak menyusut, bukan lengket.

  • 4. Angkat dari api dan diamkan selama 1 menit agar buah mengendap dan glasir sedikit mengental.

    Susun pir dan apel dengan rapi dalam mangkuk saji hangat. Sendokkan sirup berbumbu di atas dan di sekeliling buah agar setiap potong terlapisi tipis, bukan terendam. Sajikan hangat, dengan buah tetap utuh dan saus jernih serta harum.
